Enloe Cancer Center
Chico, CALIFORNIA
NorthStar collaborated with HGA Architects and Engineers to design the Enloe Gonzales Comprehensive Cancer Center. This project features a state-of-the-art, three-story facility spanning approximately 97,000 square feet on a 6.5-acre site at the corner of Bruce and 20th Street in Meriam Park. The name honors Dan and Dawn Gonzales, who donated the 13 acres for the Cancer Center to be built.
The Cancer Center aims to be a comprehensive campus, combining all necessary amenities into one facility to meet the growing needs of both local and traveling patients. The design focuses on creating a warm, welcoming environment that is easy to navigate.
NorthStar provided essential engineering and surveying services, working closely with HGA, Swinerton Construction, and Enloe. NorthStar’s services on this project included:

- Topographic Survey
- Site Design
- Grading
- Utility Layout
- Construction Administration
- Survey Staking
The project design began in 2023, with groundbreaking taking place in 2024. Enloe anticipates welcoming patients by 2026.
